OUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

  • We value the evaluation, resolution, and feedback of suggestions and complaints from our guests.

  • In line with the understanding of sustainability, we conduct our trainings to raise the awareness of our employees and contribute to their development, and we ensure their active participation at every stage.

  • We comply with laws and regulations in all our activities.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • Within the framework of legal regulations, we evaluate the environmental impact and dimension of our activities and work to minimize our impact.

  • We evaluate at the procurement stage to reduce our waste at source.

  • We separate our waste in the most effective way according to their groups and hazard classes. We deliver our waste to licensed companies according to its class.

  • We aim to reduce the amount of waste.

  • We provide training to our personnel on waste segregation, zero waste, etc., and by organizing activities on these topics, we ensure the awareness of our guests.

  • We carry out the necessary infrastructure works for the efficient use of our natural resources and aim to reduce it by regular follow-up.

  • We raise awareness of our guests and employees about the conscious use of our natural resources.

    OUR PURCHASING POLICY

  • We contribute to the protection of nature by preferring those with a “recycling” and “environmentally friendly” label in the materials we bring to our hotel.

  • We contribute to the regional economy by procuring product/material from local suppliers, and we aim to constantly increase the rate of our local suppliers by tracking.

OUR CULTURAL AWARENESS POLICY

  • We inform our guests so they can access natural and cultural heritage, local products and services in our region.

  • We know that visitors coming for tourist purposes or to work contribute to regional development with their different cultures and hospitality must be shown.

  • We support all our stakeholders in promoting the food, activities, culture, and traditions of the region (religious-cultural places, natural riches, etc.), provide training to our personnel, and provide information to our guests.
